I’ve often wondered if the people of Polynesia really live on ham and pineapple, but the rest of the world seems to assume that they do. I spent rather more time than I would have liked making pizzas for a living, and so Hawaii for me is ever synonymous with a Number 5:1 guess I’ll just have to go there one day to dispel this rather daft association.
