Method

These amounts are enough for a fish weighing about 500 grams (about 1 pound).

Not everyone can easily digest butter, which, being a fatty substance, is by its very nature hard on the stomach, especially when fried. When it is combined with acids, as in this and in similar instances, this is even more the case, and then butter often proves difficult to digest even by the strongest stomac
