Just a feel-good family dinner! You can use any fish you like - we like to use a mix of haddock and cod - just try to stick to the same proportions of fresh fish to smoked. In the Shack, we always use lemon, caper and dill butter instead of plain butter to fry off the vegetables - it makes it extra delicious so give it a try if you have some in the fridge.
