Feta is such a wonderful cheese. If you can, try to get the organic oak-aged one as it tastes wonderful. This is the simplest of all my recipes – it’s so quick and easy to make it. You can make it either in a large rustic sharing dish or in individual portions.


  • 200 g feta
  • 2 peppers of any colour
  • 1 tbsp Kalamata o


Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.

If making individual portions, divide the feta into 4 portions and place on a large square of foil or baking paper. Add the peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes, chilli and oregano, then drizzle in the olive oil. Toss the ingredients unti
