Method

Place the blackcurrants on dehydrator trays and dehydrate in a food dehydrator for 36 hours at 55°C (130°F).

Place the dried blackcurrants in a thermomix and blend on high speed until a powder is formed. Strain the powder through a fine drum sieve. Reserve the fine powders, discarding the coarse powder.
