You could try this with walnut or change the fruit. I always use fresh yeast. If you can’t get fresh, use dried, Substitute it, and check your packet for instructions. But don’t ask me, I don’t get on with it

  • 40 g raisins

Method

To make the bread

Set oven to 220°C. Lightly crush the hazelnuts then add to a mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment, along with the raisins and all the other dry ingredients. Start mixing on a slow speed.
