This “princely” dish is made with a delicious and super-fast uncooked sauce full of fragrance and flavor. You can grow mint in a clay pot indoors or out to add to this recipe or to any green salad. If you do not have fresh mint, just leave it out of the recipe. No dried mint, please.


  • ½ cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons plus ½ cup extra virgin olive oil


Place the bread crumbs in a small pan, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, mix well, stir over medium heat until fragrant and golden in color and immediately remove from the pan and set aside.
