One of my primary school friends and I used to make mud pies in her Wendy house during play dates. Of course, those mud pies weren’t edible and were made of actual mud. These, however, are not only edible, but also delicious.

Ingredients

  • 60 g butter
  • 180 g castor sugar
  • 2 large eggs

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease four individual mini pie dishes.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla essence and beat until light and creamy.
