  • 1⅓ cup (120 g/4.2 oz) oat flour, gluten-free if needed (see notes)

Method

Instructions

  1. I recommend using metric measurements. Line a muffin pan with paper liners (or grease the pan) and preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Add all the dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to a large mixing bowl and whisk.
