I’ve scattered a few old favourites through this book and this recipe is from one of my first cookbooks. It’s become one of those go-to recipes when I find myself wondering what to make for dessert and so I thought it was definitely worth revisiting, as it never fails to garner attention and is always gobbled up whenever I serve it. Nutty meringue, whipped cream and berries ... what’s not to love?
