Owning a restaurant means dreaming big and having a lot of faith. For five years, I dreamed of opening a full bar at KBC where gregarious bartenders behind a long marble bar would shake specialty cocktails. When that dream finally became a reality in December 2019, this is the first recipe I crafted for those smiling bartenders to serve!
