Inspired and intrigued by this delightful shortbread creation featuring the beloved herb rosemary, I utilized the blooming rosemary bush in our herb garden to make shortbread with rosemary flowers. As a relatively new resident of the charming Texas Hill Country, I can certainly attest to the resilience of rosemary in this climate.
