Ingredients

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • cup confectioners’ sugar

Method

  1. Place the flour, confectioners’ sugar, and salt in a food processor and pulse 5 or 6 times, just to combine. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
