Ingredients

  • good knob of butter, about 25 g or so finely grated zest and juice of ½ lemon</

Method

Melt the butter, then squeeze in the lemon juice and season well with salt and pepper. Toss in your cooked greens. Serve immediately, sprinkled with the zest.
