We haven’t added any seasoning to the greens deliberately, as the miso and soy are salty (for more about miso), but if you like, add a touch of salt and pepper to suit your taste.

Ingredients

Method

Heat the oven to 200°C/Gas 6.

Put the salmon (skin side down if there is any on the fillet) in a lightly oiled baking dish.
