  • About

This is almost a byword for hideous, watery, vegetable slop that tastes predominately of tinned tomato. Why bother? Well, you should. Upturn such muck against the wall, shouting ‘NO MORE!’. Made properly with love and served hot or cold under shaded cover from the sun, ratatouille is a most delicious thing. There are many varying recipes, but the simpler the better.
