This is my favourite pizza and goes something like this. Make the sauce as you would for the arrabiata, but omitting the lemon juice. When the sauce is ready and cooled, swirl it thinly over the pizza base, then place the anchovies in a circle in a clock formation, with a couple in the middle for good measure.
