On a hot day, this rough-and-ready cool green sorbet is even more refreshing than ice-cream.

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into short lengths. Put them in a food processor and blend to a pulp. Pour the pulp into a fine sieve set above a bowl and use a ladle to squeeze the juice from the pulp into the bowl - you should end up with around 450ml. Discard the pulp.
