The great British chef Fergus Henderson got me on to this drink of Campari and wine. If I remember correctly, we also added fizzy mineral water. As he would say, ‘What a treat!’. And this is just so, for those hot, lazy garden afternoons when it’s really hard to lift a finger unless holding one of the following bottles.
