  • 3 medium-sized ripe mangoes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Small pinch salt


    To make the mango sauce

    Peel the mangoes and remove the pulp from the pit.

    Put the mango pulp in a food processor fitted with the metal blade and purée it. Strain the purée through a medium-holed strainer, pour it into a small bowl, and mix in the sugar and salt. Refrigerate until ready to use.
