Method

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water and simmer to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Combine the sugar water with the remaining ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth, adding liquid as needed to facilitate the blending. Serve in a cup or glass with a straw or spoon.
