You can make a milder zhoug by substituting the rawit peppers with other milder chilli peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of coriander (cilantro)
  • 2 green rawit (piri-piri, bird’s eye, Thai chilli

Method

Pulse all the ingredients except for the olive oil, vinegar and salt, until blended to a chunky consistency. Then add the olive oil and vinegar. Blend into a bright-green sauce. Taste and add salt if desired.
