Method

  1. Place a slice of vanilla sponge toast on each of four serving plates and use a small palette knife to carefully lift a fried egg on top. Ensure that a little of the ‘egg white’ overhangs the toast for effect.

  2. Place a bacon slice to the side of each egg and divide the ketchup among the four plates.

  3. Serve with Berocca
