If you like mushrooms, this is the filling for you. By nature, tofu and Chinese (napa) cabbage are great at absorbing the flavour of other vegetables they are cooked with, so mushroom is the dominant taste here, but there’s plenty of texture. Feel free to use other vegetables as you prefer – sweetheart (pointed) cabbage is a good substitute for Chinese cabbage, for example. Serve with Taste Tibet sepen, Tomato sepen
