When David Hoyle, owner of The Bakehouse Café, was a teenager he met two people who changed the path of his life – one guided him into the world of vegetarianism and meditation, the other into artisan food production, seasonal eating and traditional baking – which led him to the Findhorn Ecovillage in the 1980s.
