I’ve included this recipe to demonstrate how authentic Ethiopian flavors can be incorporated into any sort of produce you might have in your fridge, and because roasted Brussels sprouts are delicious.

Method

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated. Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side down.
