You can assemble these delectable mouthfuls in the morning and refrigerate them for up to 4 hours. Let the figs stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes before roasting and serving them.

  • Black Mission figs, 8, halved lengthwise and pits removed
  • Soft fresh goat cheese, 3 ounces
