Lassi is made with different flavourings and it is a very welcome drink during the oppressive heat of the summer months. This version, Namkeen Lassi, is flavoured with black pepper and mint and is ideal as an appetizer or just as a refreshing drink, served in tall glasses lined with crushed ice.
