Papri Chaat are a street-side snack full of amazing aromas and sensational tastes. They are easy to cook and are ideal as a light bite or appetizer. If you do not have time to make the small crisp-fried bread (papri), you can serve the potato topping on small crackers instead. In India, these are served with a yogurt sauce, a chilli-coriander chutney and tamarind chutney, but you can use any chutney you like.
