  • About

When these crumbly almond cookies melt in your mouth, the toasty, nutty bits are left behind. The cookies taste even better rolled in granulated sugar.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ground almonds
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup

Method

  1. Sift the ground almonds and powdered sugar into a bowl and set it aside.
  2. Beat butter on medium speed for several minutes until smooth. Add in the almond mixture and mix until combined. Add the vanilla and almond extracts and mix until combined. Add the flour and salt and mix on low just until combined and the dough starts to take shape.
  3. Turn the dough
