Ingredients

  • 8oz puff pastry
  • 2oz butter
  • 2oz sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons marmalade

    Method

    Line a dish with the pastry. Cream together the butter, sugar, well beaten egg and marmalade, and fill the pastry case. Bake at 375°F, 190°C, gas mark 5 for thirty-five minutes.
