  • 120 g plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 30 g

Method

  1. Sift the flour into a large bowl, then stir in the baking powder and sugar.
  2. Make a well in the centre of the flour mix, then add the oil and dairy-free milk. Gradually whisk in the flour until you make a smooth batter, adding more milk as necessary to make a single cream consistency.
  3. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least half an hour.
