The result was good but, as in the photo, some of the "surprise filling" leaked out of the chocolate dough.
I'll probably repeat sometime, maybe try different experimental fillings (orange, mint, coffee fondant?) and take more care with the "wrapping" then they may even earn a 5 star rating
