Came together well, creamy texture and nice hit of coffee. I might add more spices next time, just because I prefer a strong hit of the chai flavours. Note that nowadays in Australia, shrinkflation has hit the tin sizes and they are smaller by about 60ml each. That comes to nearly half a cup less fluid. :( I just added a bit more cream to make up for that without any setting problems.
Ugh. Shrinkflation has the potential to play havoc with recipes which use a tin of x and a tin of y.
Having said which, the conventional tin sizes do vary quite a bit by international market anyway.
