Ingredients
- 250 g wholemeal flour
- 250 g white flour
- 1 teaspoon
Method
- place all the dry ingredients in a bowl & mix well, add olive oil & water
- knead well for 10 minutes (the dough will be quite moist)
- divide into 20 balls, cover and place in warm position & allow to rise for 1 hour
- heat a pan with vegetable oil
- oil hands to prevent the dough from sticking
- flatten out a ball of dough
