  • 250 g wholemeal flour
  • 250 g white flour
  • 1 teaspoon


  • place all the dry ingredients in a bowl & mix well, add olive oil & water
  • knead well for 10 minutes (the dough will be quite moist)
  • divide into 20 balls, cover and place in warm position & allow to rise for 1 hour
  • heat a pan with vegetable oil
  • oil hands to prevent the dough from sticking
  • flatten out a ball of dough
