¼ cup ¼ cup 3½ pounds
Method
- Prepare hot coals for grilling.
- Stir the honey and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl, and brush the ribs on both sides with the mixture.
- Grill the lamb over medium-high heat, turning and brushing four or five times with the sauce, until cooked through and fork-tender when pierced between the ribs, about 30 minutes.
