This butter can be used for chicken, fish, and vegetables too.

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 4 teaspoons chopped shal

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Place the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap, and form it into a log shape about 1 inch in diameter. Wrap well, and place in the refrigerator or freezer.
  2. To serve, cut into ¼- to ½-inch rounds.
