The Gardener’s Wife Salad

Salade a la Jardiniere


  • A Carrot
  • 3 Beets
  • ½ Cupful of Green Peas
  • A Cupful of String Beans
  • A Plain French Dressing


Take fine strips of Vegetables of different colors, cooked and cold, with Green Peas and String Beans, and dress nicely with oil and vinegar and serve.
