Ingredients: 2 lb (900 g) new potatoes; 8 oz (225 g) butter; 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

A Finnish friend gave us this recipe. It needs no accompaniment at all.

Ingredients

Steam the cleaned potatoes, and while doing this soften the butter so that it has a cream-like consistency.

Add the eggs and serve with the potatoes.
