Spearmint, applemint and peppermint – these are the three kinds of mint commonly cultivated and they all share the same aromatic taste of menthol. I prefer the sweet and mellow taste of applemint.
Combine all the other ingredients and add them to the potatoes while still warm. Cool and bring to the table.
