These vegetables together are another divine inspiration. Globe arti-chokes are easy to grow and beautiful to look at.
Steam the cleaned potatoes and at the same time cook the artichoke globes. This can be done by steaming or boiling in salted water. Then, using a sharp knife, remove the leaves and scrape off the hairy part of the centre until you are left with just the hearts.
