Steam the cleaned potatoes and at the same time cook the artichoke globes. This can be done by steaming or boiling in salted water. Then, using a sharp knife, remove the leaves and scrape off the hairy part of the centre until you are left with just the hearts.
Slice the warm potatoes and gently turn both vegetables in the coriander seeds, the oil, lime juice and the salt. Sprinkle with a few coriander leaves.
