  • About

This is one of the best vegetable side dishes we know. The few minutes of heat accentuate the cherry tomatoes’ natural sweetness, a sprinkling of herbs integrates them into the rest of the menu, and the shiny red globes are an attractive garnish.

You can sauté a little garlic in the butter before adding the tomatoes, or sprinkle them with fresh or dried basil, tarragon, or rosemary. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese is nice, too. Remember, your goal is just to enhance the tomato flavor wit
