A salad for arugula lovers. Allow 1 bunch per person.



  1. Rinse and dry the arugula leaves thoroughly. Wrap and refrigerate until ready to dress the salad.
  2. Toss the arugula in a large bowl with garlic-anchovy dressing to taste. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
