Take about ½ of the recipe for Kuchen Dough, No. 1 or 2. When raised, roll quite thin and spread the Poppy Seed Filling, No. 1 or 2, evenly over the top; start at one side and roll over and over, into a long roll. Place in long or round form with tube in center, let raise twice its bulk. Spread top with melted butter, and bake slowly until well browned and thoroughly done. Serve, cut in slices.
