  • Chicken bones
  • 1 tsp garlic/ginger paste
  • 6 whole peppercorns

Method

  • Boil all the bones with a mixture of carrots, potatoes, peas, beans, spinach, anything really, plus a teaspoon of crushed garlic/ginger mixture and whole peppercorns.
  • Strain the soup.
  • Throw away the bones or give them to teething babies.
