Ingredients

  • Ripe guavas, peeled and rubbed through a sieve
  • 1 cup water to 1 cup pulp

Method

  • Boil the three together over low heat until the mixture shrinks away from the sides.
  • Drop a bit into cold water; if it turns into a ball it is ready.
  • Set in a tray and mark into squares.
