  • One 5-ounce (140 g) tin of tuna in olive oil, drained
  • ¼

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and season with salt and pepper. Combine to form a smooth spread.
  2. Transfer the tuna and caper butter to a small dish, cover with plastic wrap, and leave to firm up in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
