What’s red and green and delicious? Christmas may or may not taste good depending on what you eat for the holiday, but this red-and-green drink is a guaranteed winner no matter the season! Since the texture of frozen strawberries is pretty mushy once they’re thawed, you’ll want to use fresh berries and save this drink for when fresh is available. Strawberry tops are generally discarded, but I encourage you to keep them in the drink and eat them! They reduce bloating and are great for digestion. Lavender syrup adds sweetness and a calming effect without any extra sugar, and rhubarb bitters has a wonderfully unique taste that goes as well with strawberry, as if the two were baked in a pie together.
