Fusilli with Sausage and Zucchini

Savory sausage and sweet zucchini are a great combination, and adding some fresh tomatoes ties everything together. Try using a plain pork sausage instead of the Italian sausage, which in the States usually has fennel seeds, unlike most sausage in Italy. Or, since the casing needs to be removed anyway, make your own sausage mix using the recipe.
