Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 hard rolls soaked in milk
  • 1 onion

Method

Saute onion in butter until transparent. Combine the meat, onion, yolks, rolls and seasoning. Mix well. Add beaten egg whites. Form in balls, roll in flour and brown slowly in butter. Add the sour cream and mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
